This is the RMK E2, a quick 50kW electric motorcycle with a range up to 300km and an attention-grabbing hubless rear wheel built in Raisio, about two hours West of Helsinki on the Fjords of Finland, of all places. Latest renders show a raised handlebar for more of a streetfighter stance, a nicely flared ‘tank’ and beefy exposed wiring twisting from the battery around and into the hubless rear-wheel drive system. The RMK team has designed its own e-motor for that outrageous rear wheel that is ready for prototype testing before the next Finnish summer, after which RMK plans to build as many as 150 bikes in 2019.
