With Porsche’s all-new 992-generation 911 set to be revealed at the Los Angeles motor show in November, we have caught what appears to be the next GT3 on camera. Sporting the same full-width LED taillight spotted on almost undisguised 992 mules, this prototype carries significant rear wing and a hungry scoop below the rear window to tam air into the car’s rear-mounted engine and a not so subtle pair of exhaust tailpipes too. Add flared wheel arches versus regular 911 mules suggesting a wider track and extra bonnet ventilation, expect GT3 to carry on with a naturally aspirated 4-litre boxer-six from the current GT3 with power approaching the 400kW mark.
