Porsche 911 Carrera

Order book opens for entry 911

Porsche has added its baseline Carrera models to the latest 8th-generation 911 range. Now 11kW more powerful, the 283kW biturbo 3-litre, six-boxer-six is good for 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 293km/h, but the optional Sport Chrono Package steals another 0.2 seconds to 100, while Carrera Coupe sips 9.0 l/100km, the drop-top 200ml more per hundred.

While it gets smaller mixed tyres and 19-inch alloy wheels, 330mm disc four-piston callipers brakes and less obtrusive tailpipes, the entry 911 shares its 10.9-inch touchscreen display, comprehensive connectivity and innovative assistance systems with the 911 Carrera S, including a Porsche Wet Mode for safer rain weather handling.

The 911 Carrera Coupé and Cabriolet are now available tor order at your local Porsche Centre.
